WALLET FUNDS NOT RETURNED.

Hi, I tried to withdraw R732,67 from my wallet into on the PayJustNow app into my wife's bank account. The transaction failed because it requires that the bank account belong to the account holder. I then expected the funds to be returned back to my wallet on the app which it still hasn't 8 days later. I have sent them 3 emails and still no joy.
