Wallet disappeared

My wallet disappeared and not one is willing to assist.

PayJustNow doesn’t want to attend to my query it’s almost a months, when I call them AI machine speaks till the call cut off,

When I get into the live chat no one answer, only the auto response that says they have high chat volumes,

My question is who are they assisting coz everyone is complaining about not being attended to.
