Wallet balance missing

@payjustnow since thursday 22 Aug 2024 your systems are not working Made a purchase money came out of my account but transaction didnt go through, money went to wallet, went back the following day, same issue, only money came out of wallet but transaction didnt go through, todate money came out and i dont have the purchase, calls not going through apparently no agents. What is going on, i need my refund.
