Waiting for my refund since 12 of Jan already.

Good day I really enjoyed the whole idea of how things work its really helpful. I have just 1 problem I see alot of people is complaining about the interest that they charge for missing payment one day late, however I Am now waiting almost a month now for my refund and everything has been approved by Payjustnow but still Im waiting. I dont know y or what Im waiting for but I still didnt get my money back. I was in contact with Jody Cameron and also Grey Van Der Riet but none of them is responding to my Emails anymore.
