Very poor service from payjustnow.

Had a sale at edgars,payjustnow successfully processed the transaction on their side and deducted the money from my bank account. Edgars was unable to process the transaction on their side and have submitted all required information to payjustnow for them to refund my money and cancel the order. They have been ignoring the emails from edgars as well ad my follow ups. Their consultants are also not very helpful.
