Very poor service.

I’m trying to get my refund for R57. They tell me I must click on the wallet, which I can’t find. I explained this to them. They asked me to send a selfie, which I sent 4 times, still no response. A person by the name of Nomfusi asked for the information. I contacted them on their live chat previously. It’s like speaking to a robot. I’ve advised on the chat I can’t access the wallet tab, they just paste in how to get to it. It doesn’t work for me. I asked to send me screenshots about how to do it, but nothing happened.
