Very poor assistance/ app deducted more for payments

This app has increased the amount of 2 of my payments - according to them due to insufficient funds and for them trying to process- but there was more than enough money in my account. They also blocked my card on the app - and now i cannot use it on the app. I had to load my credit card. I have been reporting on the app - without any help.
