Very. Dissapointed

What a dissapointment i am with pay just now for some months now.. I send an email to get access to more then onne purchase which i got. But then my payment was due 31st December on 29th my pay was not in i panicked bec our. Payments at work are sometimes mes. Delayed i asked them to please hold debit Tilll 6th January response was they cant. Wel 13:00 my payment was in i emmediatly made an payment.today i went to. Edgars to do a purchase to find out i am no longer allowed to buy until account has been paid up. I asked them emmediatly on chat what is going on they said bec of late payments ttthe system automatically put me back on one purchase only.12midnight the debit was declined but the same 31st i made. Payment so hooww was it. A late payment.. And they didn't even inform me ii stood in the queue to be so. Embarrassed 😞
