Very Disappointing Experience with PayJustNow – Lack of Assistance After Payment to Posh Spaces

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PayJustNow regarding a payment I made to a business called Posh Spaces.

I used PayJustNow to process my payment because I believed I was purchasing from a legitimate business. The Posh Spaces website appeared professional and gave me confidence to proceed with the transaction.

However, after making the payment, I experienced serious difficulties contacting Posh Spaces. Their telephone number went unanswered, and when I visited the physical address provided on their website in Midrand, I could not locate the business.

I therefore contacted PayJustNow to raise my concerns and request assistance. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the response I received. I expected PayJustNow, as the payment provider that processed the transaction, to take my concerns seriously and assist me in understanding what could be done to protect me as a customer and potentially recover my money.

Instead, I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed and that I was left to deal with the situation on my own.

What concerns me particularly is that PayJustNow was able to process a transaction for this merchant, yet when I subsequently raised concerns about the merchant's existence and inability to be contacted, I did not receive the level of assistance I expected.

I believe customers should have confidence that payment providers have appropriate processes to deal with complaints and transactions involving merchants where there are serious concerns about fulfilment or legitimacy.

I would appreciate PayJustNow reviewing my case, explaining what checks or merchant verification processes were applicable when this transaction was processed, and providing a clear explanation of what assistance is available to me regarding the money I have paid.

I am requesting that PayJustNow reconsider my complaint and assist me with resolving this matter and recovering my payment if the merchant is unable to fulfil the transaction.

This review reflects my personal experience and the level of assistance I received after raising my concerns. I hope PayJustNow will investigate the matter and provide a satisfactory response.
