VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PAYJUSTNOW

I have been a loyal customer with Pay Just Now for over a year now and I'm really disappointed with the poor service that I have recently received..

I sent an email on the 24th January after realising that my installments will not be going through on the 25th and asked for an extension for the 27th January.. I went to the app changed the date for instalment as per instruction on your website and chatbox - I received an email confirming that the instalment date has been changed to the 27th only to realise it has not, payments were debited on my account on the 25th , when I go back to the app the installments have been changed to the 1st February not the 27th as I requested and I have been charged late payment fee. I have been a loyal client and have previously paid way before the due date.. To make matters worse their contact numbers are never answered!!!!!!
