Very bad

Hi very disappointed in Justpaynow I was embrassed today my card was not updated i was in a queue and the whole time it showed i must do a full installment instead of the 3 i usually do and their contact centre helps with nothing waiting on line more than an hour and the chat services says in 6 min they reply but no u wait like 20mins instead i was not very happy had to pack the stuff back which is not fair to a Paying customer I need answer asap
