Useless

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with this company. Despite claiming to be based in South Africa, they are actually operating out of Dubai – something they fail to make clear upfront.

Ordering the item was just the beginning of a long and stressful process. Once shipped, the package arrived in South Africa only to be held at customs. Because it was a used item, I had to apply for an import permit, which took around 5 working days. After that, I was hit with unexpected customs fees. In total, I waited over two weeks just for the item to clear customs – all because there was no import permit in my name and no clear guidance provided by the seller.

Had I known they were based in Dubai, I would never have made the purchase. The warranty is essentially useless unless you’re willing to pay international shipping both ways if something goes wrong with the device.

To make matters worse, the address listed on their website leads to a residential area, which is extremely concerning. It's surprising that platforms like PayJustNow continue to support them as a merchant.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you value transparency, reliable shipping, and local support, stay away.
