Urgent: Installment Payment Option Not Available

Dear PayJustNow Team,

I’m writing to express my concern regarding an issue I’ve now experienced twice while trying to use your service.

On both occasions—once at Game and again at Makro—I attempted to use the 3-installment payment option, but was only given the option to pay the full amount. This has been not only frustrating but also quite embarrassing, especially when relying on your service to complete purchases.

I’ve previously called and sent an email about this matter but have yet to receive any response. Please advise as soon as possible why this is happening and how it can be resolved.

I would appreciate a prompt response.
