“Urgent Dispute – No Resolution from PayJustNow”

Extremely disappointed with the handling of my dispute by PayJustNow.

I made payment for an order through your platform (linked to merchant Perfect Dealz – Order PDZ6222) and after numerous emails, escalations, and follow-ups, I am still sitting without proper feedback or resolution.

The merchant has completely ignored all communication, and despite PayJustNow confirming escalation of the matter (Ticket ***), communication and assistance have been extremely poor.

As a customer, this experience has been frustrating and concerning:

Payment processed No proper merchant response No meaningful resolution timeframe Repeated follow-ups ignored or delayed

I attempted to resolve this privately before posting publicly, but the lack of communication has left me with no choice.

I would appreciate urgent intervention and accountability on this matter.
