unsatisfactory service
This company is the pits. The agents they have hired are the worse. I had issue with a certain shop they are affiliated with becausecthey had messed up my order, I had asked them to assist me with locating and getting my refund. Payflex is the best. Their customer service is amazing. I speaking to an agent that even did get to him

19 Jul 2024, 12:12I have not received no response from them. They render a service to us as consumers but they let these small business take our monies. My recent purchase with My choice trading, I engaged them for assistance, a lady by the name of Tejhaswi Venkatesh their Senior Technical Manager kept asking for proof of my bad experience with the company mentioned, provided the proof nothing. I am supposed to pay them R413 again this month end. All i wanted was for them to engage the merchant and engage me, but that means for them its to take money and keep quite. Payflex will go an extra mile because they have a partnership with their merchants they help us customers. This is not my query with pay just now, gave them a benefit of the doubt but yet again they disappointed me. I am so angry
