Unprofessional and *****ulent staff members

My name is Zanele I have this bad experience about a company called PayjustNow, and the collections department is Nimble Group.

I recently have been receiving calls and sms from Nimble Group claiming that I owe the R700 on a PayJustNow acccount, an account that i don't have no knowledge of. I then requested to be removed from their creditors list because I have no knowledge whatsoever regarding the account. I was requested to write an affidavit stating that I have no account whatsoever with PayJustNow.

I submitted the document via their whatapp number and they never confirmed receiving the document.

An agent was referred to me regarding, the lady was very much rude towards me, our conversation was concluded by me saying I will take the matter further and contact my lawyers to take legal action against the company.

It is unfortunate that such a company can loose so many customers by them doing *****ulent stuff, it is disingenuous and disappointing to the CEO and the entire shareholders of the company.
