Unpaid refund by the *****, unreliable, ************* PayJustNow

I made a purchase online and opted for PayJustNow as a method of payment. The money was debited from my bank account, though the order reflected as unpaid on the merchant side. I contacted PayJustNow and provided them with my bank statement which clearly showed the deduction in question. To date I haven't been refunded R560.54 which was deducted from my bank account. Saleem from PayJustNow keeps replying to my query with the same excuse, that they are working through a huge backlog. Weeks have passed and I still get the same response wbich has left me so frustrated. Their service or the lack thereof is appalling. They don't have a turnaround time as per Saleem's reply, they are not prepared to provide alternative contact details of line manager whom my query can be escalated to. I am obliged to alert other customers just in case they wish to make use of this paying method. It is inefficient, unreliable,*************, and very disappointing just to say the least. Best we boycott such a platform and safeguard our money.
