Unhappy with the services-

Well im just now happy i have been using pay just now for years and with different cards linked even my moms card its linked worse my sister always had used my card on her profile and never did we miss a payment now they blocked us saying my card is linked to other profiles why did they accept payments from the card now we need to purchase i cannot because we need to call in to get my card removed-their lines are not working -emails they dont respond and chat they dont assist what must happen i need to be called and assisted i am not happy at all for the fact that i have never missed a payment from inception till date
