Unhappy with service by Pay Jus Now

Service sucks by Pay Just Now! Purchased from one of their merchants (Crocs SA) todate still haven't delivered my product but I will now be paying my second instalment. Pay Just Now was unable to assist me they where quick to say they’re just a pay gate and not involved? I mean like *** u quick 2 take my money but can't deliver a service.....
