UNHAPPY CUSTOMER: I want my refund you ****** ****mers

Worst company ever I don't know why is Steve Madden using this terrible methods or they're all ****** ****mers,I returned a parcel they sent an email that I'm refunded I had to transfer the funds to my bank account all of a sudden I should sent them my bank confirmation letter,why because I paid without it why are they demanding it when it's time give me my money back . I did as said until now my money hasn't reflected to my account.
