Unhappy customer

Don't be fooled by their advert that they will debit your account now and the next installment at the beginning of the following month and the third at the beginning of the month following that. They actually put debit orders through your account as they wish. The 25th of the month they tried collecting their money when l don't even get paid on the 25th resulting in my bank charging me for dishonoured debit orders. They really conduct their business in an unprofessional manner. When did l ever not make sure there is money in my account for them to collect at the beginning of the month for them to start doing as they please with my account.
