Unhappy customer

Went to makro, made payment using payjustnow, money was deducted from my account, makro didn't get a receipt, contacted payjustnow via WhatsApp since they apparently they don't have a contact number, no accountability or apologies,

They just told me the store has to contact them, so they sent an email, still no accountability they say they will assist on Monday went back home with no refund, no goods just empty handed makro blames payjustnow pjn has no accountability
