Unhappy client

I bought sneakers at Superga and made an online payment,now Payjustnow is flipping debiting my account and adding arrears i can't even use my account.i tried calling but they just keep hanging up the phone and i emailed but nothing.how do i stop them coz now its creating a score for me.
