Unfair treatment

I love buying them and this the first time I experience such, in fact it's not from them but from their partners. I bought a smart watch from Borebox on the 19th September, since then no tracking code and no response when contact them. Payjustnow cannot even help, I keep on being told to contact the store directly and I keep on telling them that I am unable do that since there's no reply from the store, emails and WhatsApp.
