UNFAIR AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

I have had pay just now for over a year and not even once have I missed a payment. On top of that I had been paying my account ahead of time but not even once was my credit increased!!! This year I had my first late payment and my account has been blocked? How? They are so quick to take your money but write you off. To top it off their customer service is horrible. They don’t respond quickly and they have robotic agents who don’t know anything about their job or company they simply tell you “ this is what they system tells them“ . I am astonished😳, i don’t need to go through their tiring processes I just want my account unlocked that’s all as I do have a good track record with them.😠
