Unfaily blacklisted

My account was handed over by play just now to Nibble solutions, I settled the account on the 25 March 2025. After 8 month my name has not been cleared. My account was handed over by play just now to Nibble solutions, I settled the account on the 25 March 2025. After 8 month my name has not been cleared.

I enquired with payjust and sent them the paidup letter and I was told than my name will be cleared after 6 months and I feel like that is not fair as I am blocked everywhere.

The was no communication between Nibble solutions and Payjust now after the account was settled, why must I be punished for that?

This affected my credit score in a very bad way, I am not able tom get credit as I am flagged.
