Unacceptable Service

I’m extremely unhappy with the service I’ve received from PayJustNow recently. If I could give half a star or no star at all I would, because the service doesn’t even deserve one star. The issues with their interest fees and the incompetence of their customer service agents is unacceptable. I’ve been querying their interest rates and why I was charged double in one month, despite having already paid for the initial purchase. Instead of addressing my specific concern, the agent keeps sending automated responses without actually resolving anything.

The situation is incredibly frustrating as the interest fees keep increasing! I’ve decided that I want to take this up with the ombudsman because the fees alone could easily cover my last installment for next month. Their only explanation is that they advise clients to make purchases on payday to avoid debit issues, but when I ask where that information is clearly shown to customers using PayJustNow I receive no proper answer.
