Unable of logging into my merchant portal

The service provided by pay-just now is pathetic, unable of logging into my merchant portal to review my transactions. When you call the support line you sit and wait for hours, just repeating to use there useless chatbot. if this is how you treat your merchants I feel sorry for your customers
