*****ulent charges

The are adding *****ulent charges on my account. They don’t allow me to pay my account. I have been contacting them for a month now. They let you hold forever and drop your call. Their chat also same thing. Emails only telling you you they received your message. The charges escalating every day. They not what they advertised to be. I’m so annoyed. And ****ed off. Their app doesn’t allow me to add a new card. The can’t fix that?
