I have money in my wallet with no option to withdraw it on the app. I tried calling the contact centre, waited over 10minutes only to get to the front of the queue and have them cut the call. Call back again immediately to go back to position 9. How is that even possible!!!!

27 Aug 2024, 13:21Called again, the guy who helped was useless and i still cannot withdraw my money, the call cut agter he constantly asked me to log in and out of the app and still nothing. I have no idea how they can employ such incompetant people!!!
