Trapped in a Loop between PayjustNow and Merchant (Unseen Grail)

I placed an order with Unseen Grail on the 4th using PayJustNow (Order #[8099]). The item is not made yet, and I requested a cancellation. Unseen Grail is refusing to cancel and falsely told me to contact PayJustNow. PayJustNow support then tells me to contact the merchant. I am trapped in a loop. I need PayJustNow's merchant operations compliance team to step in, look at this dispute, and contact Unseen Grail directly to force them to process the cancellation through their merchant portal.
