Transferring money from wallet to bank account

I transferred money from PayJustNow wallet to my bank account which is Capitec on the 28th of April till today I haven’t received it I tried contacting PayJustNow to all their platforms i still haven’t received any response when I check the wallet status it says *Wallet withdraw* with - sign
