My name is Dineo Mazwi

I ordered hair on the wig factory before my Sister's wedding. I also paid r500 extra for one day delivery.

I received the hair but it was not the correct one I ordered. They sent a 16inches instead of 26 inches. The wedding was on the 3rd of May 2025. Still they sent the wrong hair which arrived on Saturday the day of the wedding but I told the courier guy to deliver it on Monday since while we were already at the venue.

Im very disappointed at the stores. I haven't even worn the hair yet it's still new. The second hair that was sent was still the same with the first one they sent. It was not even full like the first one they sent.

I'm very disappointed at The Wig Factory I even told them that I'm not gonna pay my final installment because I won't pay for something that I didn't agree to buy.

I even told them that I'm big on social media if you really wanna lose customers keep on doing this because definitely you are going to lose customers. I will take this to Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and they think im playing. Im really not happy with the hair. It's a 16 inches instead of 26.

Please below find the conversations and screenshots of the conversation i was frustrated because how can you make such a mistake????? We've been communicating the entire week with the Store but they failed to deliver the correct hair. I wont be ****** like that.

Try me I swear your customers base will drop. If it takes me that far to even contact big social media accounts I will definitely do so.

Even the second one they sent it's not a 26 inches 😓😭😭😭😭 I'm very disappointed at The Wig Factory I even told them I'm never buying hair from them again and I will make sure that people are not buying from that store. Try me guys you will definitely drop sales.

That's why I haven't paid my last installment it's because of this nonsense. I wont pay a lot of money for nonsense.
