THE MOST RIDICULOUS 50% PENALTY FOR AN INSTALLMENT

I was charged R145.00 for a late charge according to them ,I was not given an opportunity to change my installment date for December because of the holidays ,this is sooo ridiculous that I got paid today and I paid my installment on the 31st December 2025 today,but theres already a penalty of R145.00,this is the most ridiculous and crazy day light ******* that needs to be lodges with the ombudsman for consumer rights,I will never use it again of they don't refund my money
