Terrible customer support

Absolutely terrible customer support!

One call centre agent, Anathi, doesn't sound like she has any idea how online transaction work. This is very disappointing considering the fact that she works for an online payment gateway. She couldn’t understand that the billing address does not need to be the same of that of the PayJustNow account holder. This was stemmed from the issue of not being able to be redirected to because the the page keeps saying “Sorry, we are unable to process this order” without even having logged on to the PayJustNow profile/account.

Then she rudely hung up the call for me being frustrated for repeating the same thing over and over.

Your competitors are far better than this.
