Stop the unnecessary hard searches for your promos on my name

I’m disappointed in the decline of PayJustNow’s customer service. I’ve messaged Michelle regarding the Hard searches that are on my name when I noticed & picked up they’ve been doing these since last year.

This affects my credit score negatively & it didn’t make sense to me because I’m a good payer & don’t skip their payments.

They have no sense of urgency to help their clients but very quick to take interest rate fees if you’re a second late or they’ll bombard you with payment reminder notifications however, sadly, never the same energy with their customer service or queries sent to them.

PayJustNow I want you to stop those hard searches. I don’t want any offers, I’ll buy what I want when I need it so stop the unnecessary hard searches on my name. Leave the account as is.
