Still No Help – Payment Date Change Ignored Since 13 July

I sent an email to PayJustNow on 13 July 2025 requesting a change to my payment date. I still haven’t received any assistance.

I was told to go online, but I responded clearly that I’m unable to do it through the system. Despite this, no one has followed up or helped me.

This is extremely frustrating, especially when I’ve taken the right steps to communicate. I’m asking that someone attends to my request urgently. Delays like this cause unnecessary stress and make it hard to manage my finances.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.
