Spiked Extra Charges over a period of 2 days.

The Worst Experience Ever.I had a problem logging into my account for a week kept sending them massages finally My app worked and I found I owed more than the agreed upon payment they approved my payment date.I sent them emails I tried calling them direct but was on hold for 6min and my call just got cut off.Their chat bot system is the worst no help at all.I requested to have a consultant call but to no avail.its my second time using their company at first I kept getting calls telling me I owed them money even though I had fully paid.I just want to close this account and make people aware they are not charging interest but they make sure they get it one way or another.i got charged R260 extra and they refused to let me pay if off onto the next month.I paid today on the 7th as the changes on the system and on my app it says I paid on the 13 how.Clearly they make money by *********** their clients.
