******* spam and underhanded company

Infuriating. Send me spam on a daily basis but no option to unsubscribe. Only unsubscribe preferences which aren't followed through anyone. An underhanded company with purposefully closed channels of communication. No options to close an account / profile either, so basically you sign off someone having access to your financial details for life. Agents on call centre don't follow through. Cloak and daggers.
