So disgusted by Pay just now

Worse experience ever had .Purchased Jacket fand it was small few days later I returned the jacket to Edgers.which they told me they can’t refund me in cash have to be gift card they gave me gift card with R699 whereas I bought the jacket for R899 when I questioned that with edgers I was told that is what showing on thier system is he to take it up with PJN .I did that I was given run around by edgers and pay just now till this day the issue was never resolved but they continued deducting money from my account.so disgusted .only to be given an attitude by PNW telling me they must take it up with edgers as they are just payments gateway .while edgers kept telling me I need to take up with PJN as I made payment via them this happed on Aug 2022 till this day no one ever bothered to resolve this ibstea The resulted to charge me extra even though the last person I spoke to told me they will reverse the charges and thier never did so I paid for something I ddnt have .
