So disappointed at PAYJUSTNOW and their supplier

I made place an order with Boss Auto Spare which which is business with Payjustnow- I am a PAYJUSTNOW member. I placed an order on 1 August and follow up with the company after a week, I was told I needed to pay R120 for delivery- unfortunately I had an issue with my phone & payment for delivery was only made on 26 August 2021.

After that payment I have been email and calling Boss Auto Spares on ***, I go through IVR line, if I am luck to speak to a person I get transfer and no one eventually answers. All my emails containing proof of payment have not been rep**** to.

I have since sent 2 email to PAYJUST NOW with no one calling me and its now 2nd week trying to make contact with them- the number I have *** has a voice recording that refers you to the email- this VR is there at any given time of day.

I am now stuck between PAYJUSTNOW and BOSS AUTO SPARES. I don't owe nether of them.

I paid R180 for the car part I paid R120 for courier to BOSS AUTO SPARES account.
