Sick of waiting...

How much longer do I have to wait for PAYJUSTNOW to remove their missed payment on my credit score I have mailed a paid up letter to numerous people and to top it of my account was blocked so I can't login to check what's going on and I can't register a new account because it shows I am already in the system. Now I have been patient for 2 to 3 months now waisting my airtime to just get the same excuse every time...And this has impacted my credit score because it reflects as a missed payment...You are fast to put judgements and add us on the credit berua but are not fast to clear people's names or assist them properly...
