Rogues who try to take money off earlier than your debit and then charge you exorbitant late fees!!!
I had 4 orders scheduled to come off on the 27th of the month which was a Sunday.
Pay just now tried debiting me a day early on the 26th before i had even gotten my salary. Went to make payment now only to see ive been charged close to an extra R150 for each debit that was supposed to go off, which means R600 for the 4 orders i had. I will never ever used Pay Just Now to make another purchase. I have been a loyal customer and never missed a payment only for **** like this to be pulled by you guys. You have lost a good paying customer!!!

29 Aug 2023, 09:01Hi Shaista, The debits all ran on the 27th which is your selected instalment date. We do not make any adjustments for weekends and as always send reminders the day before the debit is due. This was on the 26th. We did not run any debits the day before.

If a debit order falls on a non banking day, payment is taken on a working day which us the 28th.
Nonetheless i made all my payments last night and deleted the app.
I will not be using this again.
