Removal of card

I have been trying to get someone to assist me to remove the current card that is on my app since the end of November 2025, since then I have been reaching out for help via email and via the app with no success. I have been unable to settle my accounts . Can someone please assist. I am disappointed with the lack of service and now it has clearly affected my reputation on the app . I have reached out to my bank and all is in order from their side . I also tried to call the number I saw on the email but I have never been able to talk to someone.
