Refuses refund

Bought a laptop using PayJustNow and sent an email to them telling them about their supplier refusing to give me my refund back. They told me that they can’t refund me anything unless the supplier refund it’s to them. I’m so unhappy that they don’t even understand that this supplier sold me a **** device to start with and they not SA based company
