REFUND - WALLET

I have been waiting for my refund from wallet for the past week. Emails between customer support and chats are not being responded to. Instead, you get the automated Bot messages. I have made 20 telephone calls that go unanswered. I have sent documents for verification purposes.

I need my money. Still nothing.
