Refund to my bank account from wallet it a nightmare

From the 20th of May 2026, I withdraw money from the wallet to my bank account. Until today nothing. And they said it will take two to three days to reflect. When you call their costumer care it like a robot that say stay on the line and never will you be directed to person.. it hangs up on you. It bad, where is my money.
