Refund Still Not Received Since April

I have still never received my refund from mid-April. I’ve texted, emailed, and called customer service repeatedly with no resolution. I even contacted adidas several times, and they confirmed that the refund was paid to PayJustNow on 19 April. Very disappointing service and extremely frustrating experience
