Refund still not received

Urgent: Refund still not received *** Dear Hello Peter I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of response and resolution regarding my refund from pay just now and Legit store Baywest mall, Port Elizabeth. On 15th of January 2026 I attempted to purchase an item at Legit using Pay Just Now. The payment of R176 65 went through on Pay Just Now side but store system showed time-out and no item was issued. A staff member tried to contact Pay Just now nothing came out of it. To this date I have not received my refund. My money was taken and I received nothing and no one is taking responsibility. This is unacceptable. What is,even more disappointing the merchant Legit store Baywest mall has also not taken a proper ownership the failed transaction.
