Refund request ignored

I made a purchase on takealot 25.08.2026 and used payjustnow as a payment method, i had an amount of R1300+ that was on my balance with payjustnow and that was also used to make this new purchase. The payment failed, and the purchase was therefore cancelled by takealot and since 25.08.2026 i have been waiting for the R1300+ refund from payjustnow. I sent an email twice and they havent even acknowledged my mail. Ive tried communicating via the app, they refer me to that same email adress they not responding to. I googled a number and when i reach number 2 apparently no one is available to assist and the call drops. I just want my refund so i do the purchase again. This is such an inconvenience
